Energetic club music leads to the development of alcohol and drug addiction

Scientists have found that listening to certain music leads to the development of drug dependence. Quiet music, by contrast, has a therapeutic effect and allows the nervous system to relax fully, writes The Herald Sun.

There is no difference what genre is the music, because of the key role played by the waves, modality, and pace. Most often, drug dependence and alcohol foresaw rapid intense music that plays in clubs. But rap and hard rock can also affect the development of harmful addictions.

Scientists advise people to listen to calmer music. Reggae classics gives complete rest to the nervous system. Depression should not listen to negative music, for example, metal. So you can decrease your body from extra stress.
