Does the income of the parents on the relationship between students?

Complexes due to the low material base may suffer even adults. Children and adolescents care about this issue no less. Social division is currently one of the most important problems of the modern school. Among 1088 adolescents who participated in the survey, 81% feel social inequality at school. 13% of children don't feel the social stratification and only 6% of students do not think about this question.

Among students accepted to be compared with the income level of the parents, and the child it is important to be not so much better, not much worse than other peers. If not, the teenager begins to feel inadequate, flawed. Next, it results in low self-esteem, self-pity and aggression to their more successful peers and their own parents.

Interestingly, according to research conducted in private and municipal schools of Russia, the students of private schools suffer from high or low self-esteem. While pupils in mainstream schools are able to adequately assess themselves, though sometimes their self-esteem a bit overstated, but it is, according to psychologists, shows faith in their strength and capabilities. At the same time, evaluating peers, graduates of elite schools were more practical, calling to the merits of his classmates: "plays well in football, knows how to crafts". But students from municipal schools were evaluated by other students in a more abstract way, highlighting their kindness, friendship and affection. Not to dwell on the concepts of "fair or unfair", psychologists advise to "trim" the negative experiences. It was then that we will experience life fully, feeling true happiness. To be a victim or to enjoy life is one choice that everyone can do, and it does not depend on the amount of money in your wallet.
