Constant stress accelerates the aging process

Scientists analyzed 64 studies since 2000. It turned out that the constant action of stress affects life expectancy and significantly increases the risk of premature death.

Stress, according to the results of formal studies, is a major cause of peptic ulcer disease. Mental health issues take up to 10 years of life.
