Constant checking e-mail is the cause of stress and mental disorders

Canadian scientists have conducted a study, which established that the constant checking of email causes an accumulation of stress and provokes the development of mental disorders. Work sometimes assumes that sending one message, we are waiting for urgent reply, pressing the refresh button several times per hour.

Experts advise to carry out the answers by email for a limited time. Is to divide the post into three phases: morning answers, answers in the afternoon and evening. Itself the e-mail is designed for delayed messages, so the etiquette of correspondence with this approach is not disturbed.
