Cocoa improves a person's memory - study

Scientists conducted a study which proved that cocoa improves memory. This effect not only on children but also for adults.

In the experiment, the researchers divided the volunteers into two groups. The first group of daily drinking cocoa, the second group was fed sticking to its own regime and diet.

In the elderly, who have a history of cocoa in a long time, scientists have noticed an improvement in memory. In some cases, she began to meet 35-year-old age.

Cocoa can replace coffee. The drink is useful for all age groups, it does not raise blood pressure, strengthens blood vessels and activates peristalsis.
