By 2015, Russia will have a vaccine against HIV

The head of the Russian Ministry of health Veronika Skvortsova IV conference on HIV and AIDS in Eastern Europe and Central Asia reported that by 2015 Russia will be the first vaccine against the HIV virus.

The disease in recent decades, gaining momentum. The first samples of the vaccine, according to Skvortsov, will be ready by the end of 2014. Next year will start clinical trials.

Note that today there are a number of tools against HIV, but they help only for a short period. The vaccine will completely rid the body of virus in the initial stages of the disease.

On the development of innovative tools and combating human immunodeficiency virus will have spent more than 200 million rubles. HIV is spread across the planet, the disease takes up to 1.5 million lives annually, and catches them about two million people.
