Breastfeeding improves children's intelligence

Breastfeeding increases increases the intelligence of children, according to scientists from the Federal University of Pelotas. Mother's milk has many advantages compared to the most modern milk mixture. Even expensive counterparts repeatedly concede as breast milk, if it comes to feeding a healthy child, writes The Independent.

The researchers analyzed data on breastfeeding 3,500 people from Brazil. After 30 years, the participants of the experiment were tested to determine the level of intelligence, told about their income and education.

Breastfeeding during the year increased IQ by 4 points compared to the average. Also, the people in this group earned 104 dollars a month more. Note that the results had no relationship with social status families.
