A group of American scientists have found that the blue color helps the body to fight fatigue. The conclusion was made after studying the influence of light of different wavelengths on the activity of the nervous system of man and his cognitive abilities.
The experiment was attended by 16 people. Within a few months they were immersed in an environment full of a certain color. It turned out that the blue color made people more alert. Scientists have noted: increased reaction, thought processes become more flexible.
