Beer provokes joint diseases – scientists

Beer lovers should pay more attention to their health. The study showed that foamy drink increases the risk of developing diseases of the musculoskeletal system, leads to the development of joint inflammation. Researchers assessed the habits of 2,000 people with diseases of the joints and 1000 healthy people. Age groups ranged from 45 to 86 years. Teetotal people faced with arthritis 93% less often than beer drinkers. Interestingly, the wine had no effect on the occurrence of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, even more, it reduced the risk of knee arthritis by 44% compared with a group of people who are not using alcohol.

Drink a lot of wine while scientists do not advise. The optimum amount is not more than six or seven glasses per week. The wine contains many antioxidants that reduce inflammation in the body. This helps to reduce pain and slow the disease.
