Babies see the images available to the adult eye

Newborn babies have special abilities, say scientists. Up to 3-4 months babies can see things and images around them. By 5-6 months the vision became normal.

The researchers analyzed the behaviour of 42 young children. It turned out that most of the newborn see images of reality, similar to hallucinations in adults. With age, the images come to naught.

Perhaps these features need a child to adapt to the surrounding world. Still unknown are the mechanisms of appearance and disappearance of "children's images". More research is needed to understand this topic.
