Awareness of your own emotions promotes nutrition

Scientists from Ohio state University conducted a study in which volunteers received special training aimed to study their own and others ' emotions. Changes in the psyche of people, scientists have compared the performance of the control group, who didn't take the training, says Zee News.

The training aimed at understanding emotions, allowed people to pay attention not only on their own experience, but also on the nutritional behavior. Three months after the beginning of the study, all volunteers were weighed. The basis weights of the first group decreased, whereas in the control group most of the volunteers gained weight.

Why study the phenomenon, it is not yet clear. A clearer understanding of their emotions improves the quality of life and makes us more likely to think about what we eat, with whom we communicate, what way of life are.
