Antidepressants are turning people into criminals

The probability of committing the offence at people who use antidepressants, was 50% higher than normal. Prozac, Seroxat, Lustral, Cipralex and Cipramil increase cravings for most forms of aggression, established scientists from Oxford University.

Researchers analyzed information about the behavior of 800 thousand inhabitants of Sweden over 15 years. The researchers compared the frequency of exposure to court for violent conduct and found: the use of antidepressants changes the personality of the person and increases the risk of committing violent acts by 43% in the group aged 15 to 24.

While it is difficult to answer, what is the cause of the detected links. Perhaps antidepressants overly strong influence on not yet formed the brain of a teenager. Another theory – independent prescribing, and failure to follow the dosages recommended by doctors.
