An active lifestyle has a positive effect on sperm quality

Scientists from Harvard University have conducted a very interesting study. They tried to establish how the ongoing people-to-people activities affect the quality of their sexual life. They found out that conducting weekly in front of the TV for more than ten hours a man has sperm activity, which decreased by 14 percent compared with the seed of men, leading a sedentary life. Thus, sports and exercise make more sperm quality, and sperm - more active.

The experiment was set up in the period from 2009 to 2010. It was attended by 189 students in the age group from 18 to 22 years old with no health problems. Students presented scientists with data about their way of life. It turned out that the seed of the young people who performed in front of the TV in an average of 14 hours per week was the worst quality than the seed of their peers who were subjected to physical loads weekly, on average, for 8 hours.
