American scientists has cloned stem cells from adult human tissues

American scientists in the study, for the first time were able to clone stem cells from tissues of adults. The age of the donor tissue ranged from 35 to 75 years, Time magazine reports. Such stunning results, scientists have come to develop "Advanced cell technology, headed by Dr. Robert Lanzhou.

Unique technique enables scientists to replace damaged cells in tissues in elderly patients. Note, this is the first time scientists were able to clone the differentiated cells. Previously it was only possible to create new copies of stem cells.

Today, medicine is associated with the stem cells that develops very quickly. Just one drop of blood to a laboratory to obtain stem material. In the future technology will attract new donors and create a whole banks of stem cells.
