Advisory Committee on recombinant DNA at the National Institute of health, USA allowed scientists from the University of Pennsylvania to conduct a genetic experiment on volunteers. Note that approval is not enough. Need to get approval from Management on sanitary inspection behind quality of foodstuff and medicines of the USA and from medical centers on the basis of which the experiments will take place.

In the first phase, the researchers plan to modify the genetic code in 18 patients with incurable cancers. These volunteers in the experiment will change a number of genes. Scientists hope that such interventions will improve patient outcomes.

In plans at scientists to do T-lymphocytes invisible to cancer. Note, this technique is being tested for the first time. If successful, the world will have a new effective way to treat difficult cancers.
