American scientists have summarized the results of sixteen observations over 5 thousand volunteers and came to the conclusion that the harm from a sedentary lifestyle greatly exaggerated. Reported by the Nation News.
Participants the experiments were divided into two simple groups - some played sports, others were sedentary. After long observations one can establish that the exercise is not related to possible human diseases and early death. The researchers noted that the sport definitely helps one to fight depression.
"The meaning of sport is, because an active lifestyle has a positive effect on the entire body as a whole. But, it is worth noting an important role in health and longevity and genetics plays," said the doctors.
