Half of the men to 35 years begin to experience signs of baldness, and to the half-century anniversary of 85 percent of the men already in some degree part with hair. Almost the same thing happens with women: 40% of women aged forty years begin to experience these problems.

Those people who want to preserve their hair should eat : beans, nuts, fish, dark chocolate, pumpkin seeds, meat, seafood, eggs, greens, berries, and vegetables and fruits which contains vitamin C.
