90% of the buildings of the blood service in Russia does not stand up to scrutiny

Almost 90% of the stations of blood collection in Russia does not meet the standards, they were not originally designed for such procedures. The situation is very critical, and the system needs serious reforms.

"If today to require the state to perform their functions, the blood service will have close to 90% full simultaneously in the country, because all of the buildings in which they are located, this building is not intended for the blood service and is not consistent initially," says Vladimir Uiba, the head of the Federal medico-biological Agency.

World experience to prove the lack of need for large stationary points for donors. Need a modular system with a lifespan of about ten years. The module works, then give it to us for processing, and then install the new system. Build a new module is much cheaper than to rebuild the building again.
